Timeshare-Answers Scams

Timeshare resorts and fraudulent companies that claim they can sell or rent their timeshares are scamming consumers every day. With the timeshare scams on the rise state and federal authorities are having a difficult time keeping up with these unscrupulous companies. If you have information or someone you know has information on timeshare scams call Timeshare-Answers NOW 888-722-2648.

Consumers beware of fraudulent companies claiming they can help; here are some things to look for
1. Make sure the company has a physical address, not a P.O. Box. A physical address means that the company occupies a building or office space that you can find and visit if you had the need. Some companies claim to have address, but further research will tell you it is by appointment only, and this usually means it is a rent by hour building that they do not actually occupy.
2. Make sure the company has a phone number with a local area code in addition to the toll free number. This number should trace to their physical address. If the number cannot be found to match their physical address BEWARE!
3. When you read their About Us portion of the company’s website, make sure the content can refer you to some official licensing or third party verification that the company is real and not just a page spouting more info with no details “about us”. Licensing, Bonding, and insurance are all key factors when doing business with any company.
4. Follow the Business Bureau link to verify that the company is reputable. Avoid companies that don’t have a link or info registered with a third party.
5. Make sure the company is a active company, you can usually find this information on the state corporations homepage

We have found numerous companies operating under the authorities radar without licensing and just as many that are not even active corporations. Check out any company thoroughly before you GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Do not fall victim to timeshare scams

Timeshare Solutions

Timeshare solutions do exist, but consumers need to be weary, as there are many unscrupulous timeshare companies who make promises that are to good to be true.
The saying “If its to good to be true, it usually is ” applies when it comes to timeshare. When a consumer purchases a timeshare they are led to believe they are buying something of value, and when the honeymoon period is over they realize the timeshare falls short of their expectations. When the consumer starts to research ways to get out of the timeshare, they find hundreds of companies that promise to get them top dollar for their timeshare for a small fee. THIS IS A SCAM! Very few timeshares have any resale value, and if you happen to own at a timeshare that has any value at all, it is only pennies on the dollar. It is a hard pill to swallow for timeshare owners, but IT IS THE TRUTH.
Find out the truth today by calling Timeshare-Answers now. No matter how painful it is for you, we will give you the facts so that you can be on our way to finding the best timeshare solution for you.

Timeshare-Answers Review

Timeshare-Answers has been made aware of many timeshare scams that are ongoing daily to consumers. If the resort, or a resale company has scammed you, or made any other offer that is too good to be true, we can help. Our staff has heard thousands of consumer complaints, making us experts in providing you the answers to many questions in the timeshare industry.

Case in point:

William, a timeshare owner, was at home one evening when he got a call from a company claiming to have a buyer for his timeshare. He believed the caller only because a month earlier, he got a similar call from a different company offering to list his timeshare for sale. The listing company said that they would market his timeshare for sale at a profit to him of almost double what he paid. He had a feeling that it was to good to be true, but went along with it anyway because they offered a 90-day money back guarantee if it didn't sell. After he paid the fee of $600.00 to list his property, he thought, “well I only have to wait 90 days and if it doesn't sell I get my $600.00 back.”

Well the call to buy his timeshare came exactly 60 days after he paid the listing company. The so-called buyer told him, they found his ad on the listing companies website and they were willing to pay the asking price. The only condition was they wanted him to pay the closing costs.

William decided, after receiving very official looking documents, this was fair and wired the closing costs of 20% to a so-called escrow account. Once the money was wired William never heard from the company again, and because he wired the money to the company, the money was as good as gone. He notified the authorities after calling Timeshare-Answers for advice.

If only William had called us before giving any money to either company, he would have been provided with the information that would have saved him from this elaborate scam.

Many of these timeshare SCAMS happen daily to consumers all over the world. It seems there is a new one popping up everyday. Do not fall victim to a resale scam or a resort scam. Call Timeshare-Answers before you pay anything to anyone when it comes to your timeshare. 888-722-2648

Timeshare Fraud

Many timeshare owners have been sold timeshares under false pretenses. With today’s economy at an all time low, resort companies and their sales representatives are using unscrupulous tactics to sell their timeshares. In 8 out of 10 timeshare sales we have found the purchaser has been told multiple lies during their sales presentation and purchase.

Some of these lies or so common that they are repeated over and over to consumers, presented as fact, which gets them to sign on the dotted line. It is not until after their rescission period that the truth is uncovered.  We here at Timeshare-Answers call this is TIMESHARE FRAUD. The definition of fraud is
1. Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
2. A person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities.
Some of the most common TIMESHARE FRAUD misrepresentations are as follows:
1. Told you can sell or rent the timeshare for a profit.
2. Travel anytime and anywhere.
3. Resort would buy it back if you’re unsatisfied.
4. The timeshare would appreciate like real estate.
5. Could refinance once you returned home from your vacation at a much lower interest rate.
6. The price you are buying the timeshare for would no longer be valid once you leave the resort.
7. The timeshare is a tax write off.
8. You must be present at a yearly owner updates. (Where of course they try to sell you more timeshare with more lies)
9. All of the timeshare resorts are pet friendly.
10. Maintenance and taxes would never change.

If any of these statements sound familiar, you need Timeshare-Answers. Call us today for a free consultation and learn the truth. Knowledge is power, let us empower you today! 1-888-722-2648 or visit our website Timeshare-Answers.com
